ZUMBA
Dance fitness class with rhythms from salsa, merengue, hip hop, samba and more. Be prepared to move and sweat. Routines are designed following the zumba format using repetitive moves to make each dance easy to follow. Suitable for all ages and sizes. Bring water, a towel and wear comfortable sneakers and clothing to move in. Class is 1 hour.
MIDDLE EASTERN BELLYDANCE
Class format - start your class with 20 minutes of technique focusing on arm work, chest and hips. Learn the the technique behind shimmies, isolations and andulations followed by 20 minutes of belly dance cardio work. End the class learning a bellydance routine and show off your moves to the class. Suitable for all sizes and ages. Bring water, a towel and wear comfortable loose clothing. You can bring a hip scarf if you have one or buy one from me. Class can be done in sneakers OR bare feet.
